Upon Arivial we ask that if you have any window screens they may be removed, window screen takeoff / Cleaning will be an up Charge. We ask that you please make sure to communicate weather you have window screens or not & weather or not you might take them out yourselfs upon our arival.

What is Track cleaning? Track cleaning starts off with pre-soaking the tracks loosening up any dirt/ debris.After we pre-soak the window tracks with our pure water from our water fed pole that is coming out at a very low pressure we scrub the tracks up and down.After the tracks have been scrubbed we rinse them with our Water fed pole.After the intial rinse off we look to see if there is a spot we might of missed.After the tracks are clean we move along to the Exterior window its self.
What is Pure water Technology? Pure Water Technology involves the use of our deionization (DI) tank with a water-fed pole to clean windows by removing dissolved minerals from the water, producing pure water that dries without leaving streaks or spots. The DI tank contains ion-exchange resin, which replaces the mineral ions in the water with hydrogen and hydroxide ions, effectively removing the minerals that cause water spots. This pure water is then delivered through the water-fed pole to the window, and as it dries, it leaves a perfectly clean, streak-free surface. The water that is coming out of the water fed pole is very very low pressure.
